Starient provides quality patent preparation and prosecution services.

Currently Starient prepares patent applications on a contract basis for law firms.   In the future, prosecution services may be added such as amendments and arguments in response to office actions.  Prosecution services may also be expanded to include corporate clients.

You maintain control of the client, PTO filings and communications, docketing and fees, and so forth. Leaving the PTO interface and administrative matters on your side allows you to maintain your relationship with your client, reduces risk, avoids confusion, improves efficiency and keeps costs reasonable.
